That was awesome Sharon, thanks for sharing. I've seen Will being interviewed by Tavis Smiley before, but that video montage was incredible.

Will is such a hard working and inspirational actor and family man. His devotion to his craft reminds me of the principle of CANI - Constant And Never-ending Improvement. While there are many actors in Hollywood that bring home the big bucks, there are few like Will that have the work ethic, drive and who give back like Will Smith.

While I love to read I'm not much of a novel person but I also read "The Alchemist" and highly recommend it. It's a great spiritual book with a message for us all. In fact with over 40 million copies sold in 56 languages, it has touched many lives.

"What's the point of being realistic?" "I'm going to do it... it's done!" I love it! Dream big and make it happen folks!

Thanks for your comment John! Yes, the montage was very well done. It gave incredible insight into a truly remarkable man. I especially loved his treadmill story.

A friend introduced me to The Alchemist several months ago - a fantastic read and I recommend it as well.
