His devotion to his craft reminds me of the principle of CANI - Constant And Never-ending Improvement. While there are many actors in Hollywood that bring home the big bucks, there are few like Will that have the work ethic, drive and who give back like Will Smith.<br><br>While I love to read I'm not much of a novel person but I also read "The Alchemist" and highly recommend it.
